Well, your dream could come true - if you're the lucky Grand Prize winner in the Delaware Lottery's new "DELAWARE 24" instant game that goes on sale this week at all Delaware Lottery retailers. As the DELAWARE 24" Grand Prize winner, you'll not only win $50,000 to use in buying or leas- ing your "dream car," you'll also win the classic black "Del. 24" li- cense plate worth $82,500 as the tag for your dream ear, plus, your prize will also include the $51,516 that the Lottery will withhold on your behalf toward payment of your federal taxes. That's a total Grand Prize Dream Package with more than $184,000, and there's no Delaware State Tax on the winnings. "We are really excited about our "DELAWARE 24" instant game," Wayne Lemons, Delaware Lot- tery Director, explained. "Delaware is unique in that over the years the monetary value of its low-digit license plates has grown tremendously, especially when the white numerals are displayed on a classic black enamel plate." Briefl, Skydiving festival set for Oct. 4-6 The Delmarva Skydiving Festi- val, in conjunction with a Jerry Bird seminar will be held at Lau- rel Airport from Oct. 4 through Oct. 6. From now until Oct. 7, Jerry Bird, world reknown sky- diver, will hold seminars as well. A 40-way dive is scheduled, and Bird is expected to make his 10,000th dive sometime during the weekend.
