24 - CAPE GAZETTE, Friday, September 27 - October 3, 1996 Flu shots to be offered in Sussex The Sussex County Branch of Geriatric Services will again be offering flu shots, beginning Oct. 7 through Nov. 27. The shots will be administered on Tuesday and Fridays between 9 a.m. and 12 noon and Wednesday afternoons from 1-4 p.m. at 205 East Market St., Georgetown. No appointment is necessary. Cost for the shot is $7. For groups of five or more persons, call and arrange for one of the staff nurses to visit your school, office or business to ad- minister the shots. Free screenings set for depression Geriatric Services of Delaware will provide free screenings for depression in the home for chil- dren, adults and senior citizens who are unable to leave their home due to disability. Screening dates are Tuesday through Thurs- day, Oct. 8-10. The screening is free, but an appointment is neces- sary. Call 856-7774 before Oct. 1 to schedule an appointment. Ludwig to represent Delaware in pageant Susanne Ludwig, daughter of Andrew and Gretta Ludwig of Re- hoboth Beach, will represent Delaware in the 1996 Miss Oktoberfest pageant in Ontario, Canada, Oct. 3-10. The LUDWIG pageant is part of a nine-day festival in the town of Kitchener-Waterloo cele- brating Oktoberfest, and it is the second largest Oktoberfest cele- bration in the world. Judging for the pageant is based on talent, swimsuit, evening gown and a personal interview. The competition is Canada's largest televised pagaent. Ludwig, 23, attends the Univer- sity of Delaware. She will be com- peting with young women ages 19-24 from the United States and Canada. Rotary names Embley district governor Clifford G.
