Building Permits Property Transfers Sweet Pea on QVC Lynne Chichi, who Hves in Lewes, and her daughter, C. Drue Chichi of Wilmington, are partners in Sweet Pea And Me located at 706 West 21st Street in Wilmington. Their hand-painted flower pots were recently selected by QVC, a popular home shopping channel, for airing as part of a Nov. 21, 1996 show that will be broadcast from Winterthur Museum. The segment will feature all Delaware products. Lynne, who has spent the last sever- al months refurbishing her "Summerhouse" apartments (which also houses A Taste Of Heaven) at Second St. and Savannah Rd., said she and her daughter have been "very busy" painting a "chicken" flower pot and a "pastel" pot for spring. QVC purchased several hundred of the pots. "They will demonstrate the large num- ber of uses for the pots," said Lynne, "and they have to have enough ready to ship immediately for orders called in during the show. We real- ly feel that the pots lend themselves to the ambience of Winterthur." Joseph P. Reed, Rehoboth Beach, to Robert L. and Marsha R.
