102 - CAPE GAZETTE, Friday, Oct. 15- Oct. 18, 2004 Espuma's events to feature Mack Espuma Restaurant and Martini Bar will host Keith Mack on acoustic guitar Mondays during the winter. Weekly appe- tizer specials and $5 martinis will accompany Mack's music. Mack will also be showcased during the Rehobeth Beach Au- tumn Jazz weekend, performing Oct. 15 and Oct. 17. Espuma will host Tim Duggan of Fiddlehead Cellars, one of the finest pinot noir producers in the country, as guest sommeHer on Thursday, Oct. 14. He will be sampling a couple of his special wines, including the Honeysuckle Sauviguon Blanc and the 728 Fiddlestix Vineyard Pinot Noir. Laura Lamprecht of Specialty Wines will accompany him. Espuma will feature a six-course food and wine extrava- ganza on Thursday, Oct. 21. Featured will be the food of chef Jay Caputo paired with the wines of Barnett Vineyards. Vineyard owner Fiona Barnett will discuss winemaklng tech- nique and the appeal of California cult vineyards and their effect on the wine industry. In addition, Espuma will host a Rehoboth Beach Hal- loween Costume Party on Thursday, Oct. 28, from .30 p.m. to 1 am. All are welcome, provided they are in costume. Spe- cial Halloween punch, seasonal drink specials and hors d'oeuvres will mark the occasion.
