STEVEN BILLUPS PHOTOS BASSIST GERALD VEASLEY, third from right, won the Artist of the Year Award for this year's Rehoboth Beach Autumn Jazz Festival. Veasley was presented the award Wednesday, Oct. 13, during opening night of the jazz festival at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center.
