The following movies will play at the Movies at Midway, Friday, Oct. 19 through Thursday, Oct. 25: • Riding in Cars with Boys: Drew Barrymore is Beverly, a young woman who finds her grand dreams sidelined by her love of the opposite sex. An un- expected pregnancy forces her to grow up fast, learning about her- self, her relationships and finally realizing her true dreams. Rated PG-13. • The Last Castle: Court mar- shalled and stripped of his rank, three-star General Irwin is sen- tenced to a maximum security military prison, run with an iron fist by its warden, Colonel Winter (James Gandolfini). Fueled by a desire to overthrow the hierarchY of the prison system, Irwin makes it his mission to seize control of the prison and remove Winter from his command. Rated R. • From Hell: Billed as the quintessential Jack the Ripper portrayal, Johnny Depp is inspec- tor Frederick Abberline,. who in- vestigates the mysterious murders of prostitutes within the White- chapel district of London. Rated R. • Bandits: A trio of thieves, in- cluding irresistable Joe(Bruce Willis), hypochodriac Terry (BillyBob Thorton) and Kate (Cate Blanchett) rob a string of Holiday barbershop group seeks members Men of all ages are invited to become part of a new holiday chorus. The group will perform traditional Christmas carols arranged in four-part harmony throughout the community at sen- ior centers, nursing homes and other venues. The chorus will re- hearse at 7:45 p.m. every Tuesday in November, at the Calvary Unit- ed Methodist Church in Milford. Rated R. • Hearts in Atlantis: Based on an isolated island after her hus- band goes to war. Unable to with- stand the light of day, the children - and Kidman - must live in total darkness. They soon realize they are not alone. A trick ending makes this thriller a best bet to get spooked. Rated PG- 13.
