Since Rehak is inspired by the Best in Show awards from the Rehoboth Art League, Art League of Ocean City and Chesapeake College. He participates in paint outs and competitions, and is a mem- ber of the Mid-Atlantic Plein Air Painters Association. New work by Patricia Fisher, a part-time resident of Rehoboth Beach and Victoria BC, Canada, sense of light I attempt to evoke is also presented at the gallery. "The strength of a paint- ing is often fueled by direct observation," said Rehak. "By communicating a powerful memories of experiencing the landscape." Rehak's interest in art started with comic book illustration at an early age. It was while studying for his BFA at the Maryland Institute of Art that his interest in oil paint- ing emerged.
