Cape Gazette ARTS & ENTERTAINMENT FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 7 - MONDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2014 81 The public is invited to enjoy an open bar and vote on some of the area's finest culinary cre- ations during Novemberfest at the Beach Saturday, Nov. 8. Event attendees and celebrity judges will vote for their favorite dishes prepared by local executive chefs and listen to live music by the Keith White Duo. The event includes Dogfish Head beer, an auction, and a hypnosis show performed by Master Magician & Hypnotist Marko. Participating in the Chef Show- down will be chefs from Abbott's Grill, Agave, Bluecoast Seafood Grill, Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats, Henlopen City Oyster House, Nage, North East Seafood Kitchen, Pickled Pig/Pig + Fish Restaurant, Rose & Crown, and The Backyard. Dynamic Physical Therapy & Aquatic Rehabilita- tion Centers, the Fourth Grade Class of The Jefferson School, Lighthouse Construction Inc., and Nanticoke Medical Staff are top sponsors of the event. Novemberfest at the Beach will be held at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center in Rehoboth with the event beginning at 6 p.m. Ticket prices include open bar, food samples for voting, live music, auction participation, and admission to the hypno- sis show. Tickets cost $25 (plus processing fee) in advance and $35 day of/at the door. Auditions are scheduled for 6 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 19, and actors are encouraged to arrive promptly. The six women in the show range in age from 19 to 66. Those who wish to audition are asked to prepare a 90-second monologue and be prepared to read from the script - preferably with a Louisiana accent.
