48 - CAPE GAZETTE, Friday, November 8 - November 14, 1996 REAL ESTATE SETTLEMENTS OP&F hosts Customer Appreciation Day The smells and sounds of Germany were in the air at O'Conor, Piper & Flynn's Highway One, Rehoboth Beach of- rice on Saturday, Oct. 12, during an Oktoberfest customer ap- preciation open house. The party was attended by past cus- temers as well as current sellers, buyers and renters, includ- ing generations of family members who had bought and sold property with the help of O'Conor, Piper & Flynn agents over the years. They sampled bratwur, sauerkraut, German folk songs and a variety of desserts while sharing their real estate experiences. Many custemers raved about the service they received from O'Conor, Piper & Flynn's sales agents, rental agents and staffer "We must have looked at 15 homes, but our real es- tate agent was patient - she knew exactly what we were look- ing for, n said a member of the Galvacky family, one of their clients. The Galvacky boys, Bennett (center) and Stephen, are entertained by clown Cheryl Blackman of Rehoboth Beach. Others, like Derek Sapp of Angola, shown above with OP&F REALTOR Linda Davis, stopped by to list his property. I was interested in selling my home and a friend suggested I call O'Conor, Piper & Flynn, n Sapp said. Anyone interested in learning more about OP&F, The Home Team, should call 227-6200 or (800) 496-9269, or stop by 4421 Highway One, Rehoboth Beach.
