If unable to REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Sussex County Council is seeking proposals for interested parties in the lease and operation of an approximately 2,300 square foot restaurant and conference room at the new Sussex County Airport Terminal, located at the Sussex County Industdal Airpark, Georgetown, Sussex County, Delaware. The anticipated completion date for the Airport Terminal Building is February of 2002. Minimum restaurant hours will be 7 days a week, from the' hours of 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Menus should include American cuisine, prepared on-site, to include takeout. A sample menu should be submitted. The sUccessful bidder shall, prior to the signing of any lease or other agreement, provide reasonable evidence of financial responsibility, or that financial arrangements have been made, to fulfill the successful bidder's obligations to operate a restaurant under the lease.
