Dennis Forney photo Sprague honored as Student of the Month Cape Heniopen High School senior Sarah Sprague was honored recently as Student of the Month by the Lewes-Rehoboth Rotary Club. Sprague was nominated by Senior Class Adviser Becky Millman for her service as president of the senior class and for her many contributions to the school. Millman also noted that Sprague has been instrumental in getting a high per- centage of students involved in the Sussex County blood donor program. Auction benefits Miss Milford Organization A fundraiser will be held from 7 to 9 p.m., Friday, Nov. 22, at the Milford Middle School auditori- um to benefit the Miss Milford Organization. The live and silent auction event will feature per- formances from past and current title holders. Auctioneer Herb Kenton will coordinate the auc- tion. There is no admission charge. Heritage Christian Academy to serve as coUection point Heritage Christian Academy, located at 1842 Otts Chapel Road, will serve as a 2002 collection center for Operation Christmas Child. The school will serve as a drop- off site for the children's Christ- mas project, through which partic- ipants fill shoe boxes with toys, candy, school supplies and neces- sity items to be delivered to chil- dren all over the world. This is Heritage Christian Academy's second year to collect gift-filled shoe boxes. Last year, more than 3,400 shoe box gifts were collected at the Newark lo- cation. Shoe boxes will be received Nov. 18-25, National Operation Christmas Child Collection week. The collection center will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., ......
