Color Effects will be on display through December. An opening reception will be held from 2 to 4 p.m., Saturday, Dee. 4. Shown is "In Rhythm," a 14-by-14-inch oil painting. Millsboro chamber announces decorating contest The Greater Millsboro Chamber of Commewe will hold its annual holiday decorating contest for residents and business owners in the 19939 and 19966 ZIP codes. Those wishing to participate must submit a contest entry form by Friday, Dec. 10. Judging will take place from 6 to 9 p.m., Monday and Tuesday, Dec. 13-14. Prizes packages from local businesses will be awarded. Four categories will be judged: Best Residence, Best Business, Best Nativity (residential or commercial) and Judges' Award (residential or commercial). Scoring will be on a points basis for originality/creativity and illumination. The contest is cosponsored by Rommel Ace Home Center of Mills- boro.
