The restaurant has received such a warm welcome that it's remain- ing open seven days a week during the off-season. Hours are 4 to 10 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and 4 to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday. "Opening a second Papa Grande's in Rehoboth has been great move for our company. Ruley said the Rehoboth menu for the most part offers the same selections as the Fenwick site, which takes its inspiration from Latin cuisine and Mexican street fare. Ruley worked with chefs at the Texas campus of the Culinary SUBMITTED PHOTO Grancle's Coastal Taqueria in Rehoboth, Institute of America to come up with ideas. He also incorporated local seafood in dishes such as hangover shrimp cocktail, and. crab and avocado mariscos with sriracha crema. The restaurant also features a discerning selection of tequilas, including Patron, Don ]ulio and Cuervo Riserva de la Familia. "We're looking forward to serving a little spice and heat to our customers this winter," Ruley said. "We want to give locals and off-season visitors yet another dining option in Rehoboth."
