AND RICH FOTI w perform in combination with the Lewes Men's Chorus at the annual Holiday Show, "The Sounds of Christmas,'' at 7 p.m, Friday, Dec. 14, at the Bethel United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall, Fourth and Market streets, Lewes. An evening of Holiday songs and dances will brighten the slage as the men s chorus, founded by Musical Director Bill Earl, brings this Christmas tra- dition to Lewes for the 24th year. The concert will showcase the 22-member Chorus under the direction of Ken Stevens and will feature festive tap dances, soloists, musicians and quar- tet arrangements of Holiday favorites. Tickets are $5 and are available at the door. Complimentary refreshments, including Christmas cookies, will be served after the show. Sussex' to debut Nassau Valley Vineyards will host an opening for local artist Pamella Bounds-Seemans from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 2. The show will run until the end of December. Bounds-Seemans, born and raised in Milton, is known for her acrylic paintings surrounded by collage borders and hand- painted frames. Her latest series, Reimaginings of Sussex County, will feature paintings of Nassau Valley Vineyards, Sussex County rural scenes, the Overfalls Light- ship, Punkin Chunkin, Return Day, other Delaware scenes, hol- iday themes, and fall and winter scenes. "As someone from sussex County, I find this place to be ar- tistically inspiring," Bounds-See- mans said. "So, for this series, I painted what I know: the roads lined with cornfields that I used to drive down with my father, who worked on a farm; the Re- turn Day ox roast and cows graz- ing in a field on Route 88.
