The Friends of the Canalfront Park volunteers have decorated the Nethouse and set up, lit and decorated a huge Christmas tree at the end of the overlook pier. This beautiful tree was donated by the good folks at Tomato Sunshine, Ernie and Donna DeAngelis. The tree is decorated in old-fashioned colorful bulbs, with ornaments made to represent each of the fine Lewes restaurants and sponsors of the Picnic in the Park event that was held in June. It's the Friends' way of saying thank you for making that event so successful and fun.
