68 - CAPE GAZETTE, Friday, Dec. 6 - Dec. 12, 2002 Lowe!s to host how'to clinics Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse in Lewes will sponsor a number of how-to clinics during December. Participants can learn how to keep their house organized for the holi- days at the 11 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 7 clinic. A clinic on choosing a power drill for a gift is scheduled for noon, and participants will be shown the different types of gas logs available at 1 p.m. Choosing the right child safety equipment and its proper usage is the topic for tile 6 p.m., Friday, Dec. 13 clinic. Protecting the family against carbon monoxide will be discussed at 11 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 14, and at 1 p.m., smoke detector installation will be demonstrated. Safe operation of a chain saw will be the topic at 2 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 15. During the Dec. 13-15 weekend, children will receive a free home- safety fun book with crayons while supplies last. Protecting-the home from carbon monoxide poisoning will again be presented at noon, Dec. 21 and 28, and choosing the right gas logs will be presented at 11 a.m. the same days. Creating a home office is the workshop topic at 1 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 21 and 28. For more information on the free clinics, call 645-0900.
