Henlopen Ruritan makes donation to CHEER Donna Smith-Moore, CHEER marketing director, recently pre- sented members of the Henlopen Ruritan with certificates of appre- ciation, acknowledging their do- nation of $200 to Sussex County Senior Services Inc./CHEER. The money will be put to good use, helping to support the many ser- vices of CHEER to the seniors of Sussex County. Henlopen Ruritan, chartered in 1978, is a civic organization made up of farmers and small business people who strive to provide com- munity service, fellowship and goodwill to their immediate sur- rounding communities. Not only do they donate funds but their time as well to help CHEER. Three members, Ernie Elasser, Jack Refsnider and Glen Albert, deliver homebound meals out of the Georgetown CHEER Center and one, Winfield Stewart, deliv- ers out of Oak Orchard CHEER Center.
