Art in Bloom seeking donations for public art project Deadline to donate is Dec. 31 Art in Bloom, a subcommittee of Lewes in Bloom, is continuing its fundraising campaign for its first public art display next to the new trailhead near the Lewes Public Library.  The project, expected to be un- veiled in the spring, will feature three kinetic wind sculptures created by renowned artist Ly- man Whittaker.  The 18-foot Oval Twister, the 16-foot Double Dancer, and the 13.5-foot Single Helix Star will all be visible from all directions, welcoming residents and visi- tors alike, as they approach the library. The City of Lewes has agreed to cover the cost of one of the three sculptures. The goal is to raise $18,000 for purchase of the sculptures and installation. Deadline to donate is Dec. 31.  Checks payable to Art in Bloom may be mailed to P.O. Box 61, Lewes, DE 19958. Do- nate online at lewesinbloom. org or greaterlewesfoundation. org. Donations are tax-deduct- ible. Lewes in Bloom and Art in Bloom are component funds of the Greater Lewes Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. 16759 Coastal Highway Lewes, DE www.lighthouseoflewes.com • 302-645-1207 or 888-858-4255 Open Monday through Saturday 10:00am - 5:00pm 16759 Coastal Highway Lewes, DE Let the Light Shine LARGEST LAMP SALE OF THE YEAR!
