True Blue Jazz held a holiday- flavored Intro to Jazz program Dec. 8 at Seaford High School in Seaford. Peggy Raley and Eddie Sher- man hosted the program, designed to pique the interest of attending students in jazz, the one true American art form. The program was presented by True Blue Jazz with a grant from Mc- Donald's of Seaford. Raley and Sherman as co-pro- ducers were accompanied by three friends of True Blue Jazz who are musicians and edu- cators from the Wilmington/ Philadelphia area. They perform together regularly during the holiday season in schools across the Delaware Valley as The Car- toon Christmas Trio. After a few opening remarks and maybe a song from Raley and Sherman, Seaford High students were en- tertained by the trio with songs from Christmas cartoon classics. The  program was followed by a jazz workshop with the Seaford High Band students, conducted by Eddie Sherman, Peggy Raley and The Cartoon Christmas Trio.
