Harbor Healthcare residents
celebratespecial Christmas
A number of residents at Harbor Healthcare Center & Reha-
bilitation Center in Lewes enjoyed enhanced Christmases
this year thanks to the efforts of employees at Western Auto,
Five Points and members of the Rehoboth Beach Volunteer
Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. Special gifts were purchased
and distributed prior to Christmas Day.
In the top photo are members of the ladies auxiliary and
some more Harbor Healthcare residents. In back (l-r) are
Eileen Doyle, Sarah Curry, Lynn Dill, auxiliary president;
Olive Ann Ward and Shirley Savage. In front withtheir gifts

Better Breathing to
meet Jan. 15 at MMH
Milford Memorial Hospital
hosts a free monthly Better
Breathing support group on the
third Wednesday of each month in
the Regional Rehabilitation Cen-
ter's educational classroom locat-
ed on the first floor.
The next class will be held on
Wednesday, Jan. 15 from 2 to
3:30 p.m.
Better Breathing is a communi-
ty lung education and support
group sponsored by Milford
Memorial Hospital and the Amer-
ican Lung Association of
Delaware for people with emphy-
sema, chronic bronchitis and adult
asthma.
The program benefits anyone
who has difficulty breathing, lung
problems, or who just wants to
exercise to help improve breathing
and maintain flexibility.
Pre-registration for the free pro-
gram is required. For more infor-
mation or to pre-register, call the
Rehabilitation and Wellness
Department at (302) 424-5703.
CPR recertification
class starts Jan. 23
A CPR recertification course
will be offered at Beebe Medical
Center from 9 a.m. to 12 noon in
the second floor Education Room.
There is a $25 fee and the pro-
gram is available to those current-
ly certified in Cardio-Pulmonary
Resuscitation, Call 645-3248.
