Albert Frank's jewelry moving to Lewes
Cinnamon Falls looks
for new location
By Dennis Forney
Al Zarro began moving his Al-
bert Frank's jewelry store from
Rehoboth Beach to Lewes this
week.
Zarro, who owns the Front
Street building where he is mov-
ing his store, said he plans to be
open for business by Feb. 1. "I
won't have everything completed
by that date but I do want to be
open by then," said Zarro. "I'm
doing quite a bit of work inside
and will also be painting the out-
side of the building and putting up
new signs. Hopefully all of that
will be done by April 1."
Zarro is a jeweler by trade and
worked for 15 years in Philadel-
phia repairing and manufacturing
custom jewelry pieces for many
retail jewelry operations. Now
he's doing the same work for him-
self.
"I do a lot in 18 carat platinum
and other precious metals," said
Zarro. "And anything with pre-
cious gems." Zarro's sign says he
specializes in fine and antique
jewelry. He will be open for busi-
ness year round.
The store was located previous-
ly in the space at the corner of
Baltimore Avenue and First Street
adjacent to Jake's Seafood. Jake's
is expanding into the corner space
for the coming season.
Albert Frank's is taking over the
space occupied previously by

support.
"We hope we're able to find a
new site but for the time being
we're not certain where we will be
going."
