J. Nathan Hill, president and chief
operations officer of Discover
Bank. Hill punctuated his address
by pausing and playing a stunning
live recording of King delivering
his August 28, 1963 speech, "I
Have A Dream."
"It is not just the history of civil
rights, not just the history of
African Americans, nGr just the
history of American history. Dr.
King is a cornerstone to human
history and it is a living history,"
said Hill.
Hill and Blunt-Bradely were

Rev. Braven Duffle, pastor of
Bethel AME Church in Milton,
delivered an invitation to Christ-
ian Discipleship to officially
close the holiday for 2001.
"The truth of the matter is
equality is still a dream," said
Duffle. "When God created man
from a handful of dust, He created
all men. One must look beyond
what is visible to what is the evi-
dent truth - that man is man and
all are the same in the eyes of
God. Equality will occur only
when all people choose to love
one another in the spirit of broth-
erhood. Unconditional love
through Christ is the answer to
equality."
