ROBERTBRYAN Jayne Dibkey exchanges vows with Robert "Monty" Bryan Jayne Dibkey, 32, the daughter of David Dibkey of Georgia and Patricia Dibkey of Tampa, FI., and Robert Montgomery "Monty" Bryafi, 34,  the son of the late Homer Bryan and Julie Bryan of Delaware, were wed on Saturday, Nov. 26, 1994 at St. Catherine's Episcopal Church, Temple Ter- race, FI. A reception followed at Hunter's Green Country Club. The bride received her business degree from Hillsborough Com- munity College and attended the University of South Florida. The groom is a graduate of the Univer- sity of Delaware. Jayne is employed as a Realtor with Florida Properties Tampa, Inc. Monty is owner of Florida Properties Tampa, Jnc. at City-' Plaz-Ta. - The douple met 12 years ago while working for the Hyatt Regency. The bride was attended by her long-time friend and matron of honor Sherry Marella. The flower girls were Jaime Hinsz and the groom's nieces, Katy Woods and Jordan Bryan.   :: Standing for the groom as his best man was his brother, Richard Bryan of Lewes. The train hearer was the bride's nephew, Dallas Dibkey. The couple enjoyed a honey- moon cruise to the Caribbean and now reside in Tampa. LAFF appoints officers, sets Valentine's party The members of LAFF (Life After Fifty-Five) appointed new officers and established a bylaws committee at their January meet- ing. The officers are Doris Rud- dy, president; George Langford, vice president; Marlyn Burns, sec- retary, and Hazel Meegan, trea- surer. The prime topic of discussion at the meeting was the Beer and Beef Valentine's Day Party, slated for 8 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 14 at the Crab Barn on Long Neck Road. Tickets, $15 per person, include beer, coffee, soft drinks and sliced beef sandwiches, and can be ob- tained by calling 945-3700, 945- 3375 or 945-4973. The disc jock- ey will feature music from the 50s and 60s. LAFF is an informal group of Long Neck residents whose main focus is providing informal get-to- gethers for cards, crafts, bowling, golf, theatre and progressive din- ners. Other forms of entertainment will be field trips and a possible breakfast club. A group will he attending 'Whe Fabulous Fifties" presented by the Second Street Players in Milford on Sunday, Feb. 12. Tickets are $5 for senior citizens. - . Plans are also underway for trips to the Ward Museum of Wildfowl Art in Salisbury, Md. and the Delaware Agricultural Museum in Dover, although no dates have been set. Pernol was elected to represent the District of Columbia and Delaware on the National Council of Administration which governs the ladies auxiliary between na- tional conventions.
