CAPE GAZETTE, Friday, April 14 - April 20, 2000 C racer Watch Governor honors Delaware&apos;s Kick Butt youths Founding members of the Delaware Kick Butts Generation (DeKBG) received the Governor's Youth Service Group Award during ceremonies at the Modem Maturity Center in Dover on March 21. . The prestigious award honors the extraordinary achievements of young people age 18 and younger, either as individuals or as groups. The DeKGB was one of nine groups recognized by the SHARP Cent& offers :7 free HIV testing • In additiontSussex County AIDS  providing free and anonymous ting from 4 to 6 p.m' every Thmsday, SHARP Center offers free and anonymous testing by appointment five days a week.
