Governor honors Delaware's Kick Butt youths
Founding members of the
Delaware Kick Butts Generation
(DeKBG) received the
Governor's Youth Service Group
Award during ceremonies at the
Modem Maturity Center in Dover
on March 21.
. The prestigious award honors
the extraordinary achievements
of young people age 18 and
younger, either as individuals or
as groups. The DeKGB was one
of nine groups recognized by the

Center conference room. The
group is for women living with
breast cancer, whether they are
newly diagnosed, are currently
undergoing treatment or are long-

Wednesdays in Sussex
Talk, Listen, Care (TLC) sup-
port group for those who are HIV-
positive, meets at 6 p.m.,
Wednesdays, in Georgetown. The
group is facilitated by Children &
Families First. For more informa-

Prostate group
to meet April 18
The southern Delaware prostate
cancer support group meets from
6:30 to 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, April
18, in room 207 at Bayhealth
Medical Center-Milford Mem-
0rial Hospital Grier building. The
meetings are for men diagnosed
with prostate cancer, regardless of
their stage in treatment or recov-
ery. Sponseg, friends and family
members are also welcome. For
