Edward Jones hosts
CPE/CLE course May 11
Local Edward Jones investment
representatives Anthony Egeln
and Warren Hardy will host a
course, A Planning Guide to LLCs
and S Corps, at 2 p.m., Thursday,
May 11.
The program, broadcast via Ed-
ward Jones' satellite system, will
be produced by the firms Profes-
sional Education Network exclu-
sively for area CPAs and attor-
neys.
"This program will provide tax
and legal professionals planning
ideas for their small-business
owner clients," said Egeln.
Course topics will include plan-
ning strategies that work and
don't work, how to manage self-
employment tax issues, single
business owner concerns, and
how to expand the business by
opening multiple locations and
much more.
This pro-
gram is eligi-
ble for three
CPE hours for
CPAs and ac-
countants.
CLE credit for
attorneys is
pending ap- EGELN
proval in all
states with general educational re-
quirements.
The enrollment fee is $50,
which includes admission for one
person and all course materials.
Reservations are required.
