"Mystery Train," written and directed by indie film maker Jim Jarmusch ("Stranger than Par- adise," "Down By Law," and cur- rently in theaters, "Ghost Dogs: the Way of the Samurai"), stars Masatosa Nagashi ("Beautiful Sunday" and "Flirt") and Youkih Kudo ("Heaven's Burning" and "Snow Falling on Cedars"): With additional performances by "Screamin's'" Jay Hawkins, Steven Buscemi, Nicoletta Brasci and voice-over by Tom Waits, "Mystery Train" exemplifies the quirky slice-of-life formula that Jarmusch's fans have come to know and love.
