One of the most impoortant jobs at the outdoor art show is
taking the money and recording sales. The art league helps
sustain its operationswith a 30 percent commission on all
sales. Helping keep track of the sales last weekend were (l-r)
Don Durost, Barbara Williams and Bill Holman.

will be exhibiting their work in-
clude Laura Hickman, who will
display her vibrant pastels; C.
Viers Mace, who creates peaceful
watercolors; Bob Doney, who will
exhibit his oil paintings; Alan
Burslem, who will show his large-
scale pottery creations; and
Pamella Bounds-Seemans, with
her mixed media creations. Other
art include Nina Spence¢'s, folk-
style paining. Mitch Lyon s clay
monoprints, the colorful wood
carvings of Joe Santangelo, the
handmade paper creations of Ho-
hie Kernan and Angela Cassels
and handpainted and decorated
gourds by Sarah Nelson and Jen-
nifer Wooleyhand. A special visit
by one of Sussex County's most
celebrated artists, Jack Lewis, will
highlight the weekend. In addition
to the artwork displayed outside,
the Art League has many indoor
galleries with art for sale. The ex-
hibitions on display during the
outdoor show include the 62nd
annual Members' Fine Art Exhibi-
tion in the Corkran and Tubbs
Galleries; handblown glass by
Phi! Adkins:in the Ventures
Gallery; and oilpaintings by
Joanne Alsruhe in the Rehoboth
Art League's Members' Galleries.
